Do I need a credit card to reserve an appointment?
Not always but it is encouraged to assure your reserveration.
How do I find the right amplifier for my system?
Stop in either of our locations and let one of our car sudio specialist assess your vehicle at no charge.
Is there any cancellation policy?
Cancelling your appointment is easy, just call us!
We understand that life happens.
Special order products are subject to a restocking fee if cancelled.
Where can I collect and drop off my car?
We do offer a drop box for hours outside of our normal operation time. Please call the location of your choice to discuss and establish.
During regualr business hours,simply stop by.
Do I need an special permits for sound systems?
Not to our knowledge. We reommend to stop by one of our locations of convenince for you and discuss your audio goals.
How do I download your App on my phone?
What should I do if I cannot return before you close to pick up my car?

All remaining balances are due in person when picking up your vehicle.
